Jordy
Oriach.

Left-handed power. An unconventional path from the Dominican Republic through junior college, New Mexico, and the University of Georgia. Built through persistence and progression.

Built
differently.

From Haverhill, Massachusetts, to two years of high school in the Dominican Republic, Jordy Oriach's route into Division I baseball was anything but linear. Frank Phillips College gave him an opening. At New Mexico, his game accelerated: he led the Mountain West in hits, total bases, doubles, runs, on-base percentage, and slugging percentage in 2025.

He went on to play for Georgia in 2026. The defining throughline is not a straight ascent—it is the capacity to adapt, develop, and keep going.
