NEW YORK / WORLDWIDE

Brutalist talent architecture and structural design.

Wild-Lake is a Brutalist Talent Architecture and Structural Design Studio for world-class creators. We develop artists and build the infrastructure around their work, identity, and long-term vision. Our model is non-extractive: you own your work, and we work on a mutually agreed retainer instead of taking a percentage of your success.

Our practice

How we work

The artist is the first system.

Wild-Lake operates on brutalist principles. We treat talent not as a product to be smoothed out, but as dense matter with gravity, friction, and formwork. By refusing to hide the seams, we build infrastructure around artists that carries real weight.

Our work begins with your invitation.

We listen with our entire bodies for congruence between what you say and what you live. We explore what you notice together.

We read people, we do not judge them. We only enter another person's space by invitation. We do not use care or attention to gain access.

About our founder ↗

Our framework

Spirit and engineering.

We apply the Universe API, Argelys Samuel Oriach’s macro-systems design framework, to artist development: first-principles engineering, sovereign logic, closed-loop systems, and growth that compounds rather than extracts.

We begin with the artist, the work, and the central questions. Whether we are developing a song, a play, a pilot, or a novel, we build from the material and resources already present, rather than forcing a predetermined identity onto the creator.

We make, share, listen, and revise. Each cycle informs the next version of the work and the structures supporting it. The artist retains ownership, creative control, and the right to set the pace.

Wild-Lake is the foundational studio and research site for Seven Eighty Three (783). Our Talent Architect practice brings scouting, A&R, development of the work, mentorship, and system design together on an agreed retainer.

The studio & venture

Ways to work together.

Develop the work. Build what carries it.

  1. 01

    Existential mechanics

By existential mechanics, we mean examining how an artist’s identity, values, habits, relationships, and working conditions shape their creative choices. We identify what supports the work, where friction comes from, and which structures need to change, then build practical ways of working that fit the person.

  2. 02

    A&R venture

Our A&R venture is our talent-scouting and creative-development practice. A&R stands for artists and repertoire. We find creators and work with them on the material itself: songs, plays, pilots, novels, and emerging bodies of work. We help shape ideas, select and refine material, and develop a coherent artistic direction through sustained collaboration.

  3. 03

    Infrastructure for independence

We build the systems, workflows, and working structures around the artist so the practice can endure without giving away ownership.

Mentorship and coaching

These are ways we support the person behind the work, within our wider artist development practice.

  1. 01

    Mentorship for artists

Bring your creative work and the life around it. Explore long term creative and personal support through embodied practice, sustained attention, and room for becoming.

  2. 02

    Confidence coaching

Practice building self trust through body based awareness and clear boundaries. Begin with what you notice, what you need, and the choices available to you.

  3. 03

    Self love coaching

Explore practical repair and congruence between your choices and your values. Practice learning to inhabit your body, not operate it.

Our commitment

Architects, not landlords.

We don’t tax your success. We help you build it.

Wild-Lake operates as a Brutalist Talent Architecture and Structural Design Studio on a retainer rather than commission-based talent representation. Like a design firm or an architectural practice, we are paid for the work we do with you, not a percentage of what you earn.

Wild-Lake is not WME (William Morris Endeavor), CAA (Creative Artists Agency), or UTA (United Talent Agency), and is not affiliated with those agencies. Wild-Lake is an independent Brutalist Talent Architecture and Structural Design Studio. We scout talent and develop the work itself, including songs, plays, pilots, and novels, through a non-extractive, retainer-based practice that preserves artist ownership and creative control.

Care should help you build a life and a practice you own. Our role is to support your creative development, confidence, and autonomy over time.

  1. 01

    You own your empire

We don’t take your masters, a cut of your merch, or a share of your touring revenue. You own 100% of your IP and everything we build for you. You pay us to help build your career, not to own a piece of it.

  2. 02

    Aligned incentives

Our retainer pays for sustained attention and the work we agree to do together. It gives us room to support the longevity of your art and your life without tying our fee to the next booking or deal. Your choices remain yours.

  3. 03

    Mutually determined scale

The retainer is set together, based on your current financial reality and the scope of support you need. As your circumstances and revenue change, we revisit it together. There is no automatic percentage of your growth.

We aren’t here to be your landlords. We are here to build the house.

Tell me a little about what brings you here. We can explore whether working together feels right.
